Payments and Fees

We are out-of-network providers, which means you pay up front, in full, for services received. Once a month, we will send you a complete statement of all appointments with procedural and diagnostic codes from the previous month for you to submit to your insurance company  The reimbursement check goes to you.  You are responsible for working with your insurance company and securing your payments.  Services may be covered in part or in full by your insurance company or your employee benefit plan. Psychotherapy services are also tax deductible as a medical cost.

Our providers are licensed doctoral level psychologists with either PhD or PsyD degrees, licensed social workers (LCSW-C) or licensed clinical professional counselors (LCPC). To work as an associate with Abrams and Associates, LLC, therapists must be past their post doc work and licensure hours.

We make every effort to be goal oriented and efficient. We also do consultation as well as package pricing for families who need combined intervention, such as marital/family, as well as individual or group therapy for their child.
