Abrams and Associates, Inc
We are a family-friendly psychotherapy practice with office locations in Kensington, Maryland offering comprehensive psychological services for children, teens and adults.
Our director, Dr. Kay Abrams is well known for her parent consultation and public speaking, so our practice emphasizes parent education. We help families prioritize needs and adjust expectations suitable to their child or teen’s temperament and developmental ability. We also work with parents individually or as a couple.
We take a proactive, directive and humanistic approach, integrating understanding of developmental, family and social dynamics as we plan and progress toward shared goals.
